The playground features climbing structures, a slide, tricycles with a path, and a playhouse for the children to enjoy. We recognize that many children may have plenty of screen time at home; therefore, at our daycare in Reno, we limit screen time except for rare occasions, such as a special pajamas, popcorn, and movie day or during prolonged inclement weather. Children bring their own lunchboxes and water bottles to our preschool, where we encourage healthy, kid-friendly foods that adhere to the recommended nutritional guidelines. Teachers sit at the tables with the children while they eat to model table manners and assist with opening containers, complementing our preschool curriculum.

Her passion began in 1987 when she started teaching preschool, followed by five wonderful years in kindergarten. Miss. Tierra comes from a large Reno family, being the 3rd of 8 siblings and having 4 nephews whom she absolutely adores. Tierra obtained her CDA in 2021, enhancing her qualifications to contribute to the preschool curriculum.
